Yes we do, for the following reasons (each is handled on a case by case basis):*

  • Item doesn't fit as expected

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item was a gift and the person you gave it to just wasn't crazy about it

In the case that the item doesn't fit simply contact us and we will provide a return address to ship the item to. You are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Once we receive the item in its original condition we can initiate a full refund or voucher for store credit of equal or lesser value.

If your item has arrived damaged reach out to us with a photo of the damaged item and we will decide how to handle your refund on a case by case basis.

If the item was a gift and they just don't dig it, contact us and we'll provide the return address to ship the item to. Again, you are responsible for shipping costs of the return. Once we recieve the item in its original condition we will issue the full refund or store credit, whichever was decided in the initial email conversation.

In the future we will be incorporating customization, wholesale orders and large orders- different rules and systems will apply to any custom work done, and will not be eligible for refunds.

*Please note, however, that we offer free shipping for all domestic US orders and reserve the right to refuse a refund or return if the number of returns exceeds 4 in a full calendar year. This is the threshold for OUR money lost- we're a very small company (with twins to feed).
